    Our computer lab at the Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) in Waterbury is open Monday to Wednesday from 11am to 2pm for public use. Here, you can learn essential computer skills, access the internet for job searches, or work on your resume writing.

    Any job seeker in Waterbury age 15 and up can find valuable resources at the Opportunities Industrialization Center, also known as Waterbury OIC.

    Training people for life

    Founded in 1974, W.O.I.C. Inc., an affiliate of the Opportunities Industrialization Centers of America, serves as a community-based nonprofit corporation. The Waterbury OIC is committed to assisting unemployed and disadvantaged citizens in our community by equipping them with the skills necessary to achieve full employment, self-sufficiency, and self-respect. W.O.I.C. Inc. is guided by a diverse Board of Directors, along with numerous partners and dedicated volunteers.
