Founded in 1974, W.O.I.C. Inc., an affiliate of the Opportunities Industrialization Centers of America, serves as a community-based nonprofit corporation. The Waterbury OIC is committed to assisting unemployed and disadvantaged citizens in our community by equipping them with the skills necessary to achieve full employment, self-sufficiency, and self-respect. W.O.I.C. Inc. is guided by a diverse Board of Directors, along with numerous partners and dedicated volunteers.
